1979 Mk2 Ford Escort 1600 Sport
- The car has been owned in the same family since new. It was driven by my Grandmother for 28 years before she handed it down to me.
- It has been garaged all its life, and has only done 83500 original km's. I'm not certain but this could be the most original 1600 Sport in the country, I'm yet to see one with as low km's/owners.
- The car has been garaged since new and has always been very well looked after. In fact we're almost certain no one ever sat in the back seat for the first 28 years.
- As you can see in the photos the car inside and out is in very good condition. There is a slight bit of rust on the drivers door as shown.
- I'll be very upset to let it go but I'm moving and will not be able to garage it or drive it regularly. I'm sure whoever buys this will look after it as well as we have, there aren't many of these around anymore.
